Having experienced a divorce-like separation and corresponding child custody dispute, Attorney Nikolas D. Capitano feels he can really relate to the emotional strife many of his clients are going through when they come to our firm. He understands first-hand what they are going through and he takes his duty to help them through the legal system very seriously. He is a problem solver, helping clients understand what their legal rights and options are and how to best accomplish their goals through the options and rights available to them.
As one of the most up and coming attorneys in the county, Attorney Capitano prides himself on being hardworking, smart, and ambitious. He knows and understand the legal process very well along with how to strategically get clients what they want with as little risk as possible. He is clear, concise, and good at negotiating. He runs a small private practice that does not take on hundreds of cases. This selectivity allows him to provide all of his clients with the attention they deserve. When a client calls the firm, they get Nikolas and not a secretary or different attorney unfamiliar with their case.
Being a solo practitioner also allows Attorney Capitano to hand select the clients he chooses to work with and he tries hard to ensure he is the best attorney to help everyone that comes to his office seeking guidance. If he feels like he is not the best attorney for a matter, he will let the client know and try to help them find a lawyer that can provide the assistance the client needs. At the end of the day, Attorney Capitano’s main goal is to help as many people as he can regardless if they hire him or someone else.
Attorney Capitano likes to tell his clients this: “Your matter (divorce) can be easy, straightforward, and affordable or it can be complicated, long, and expensive. What determines this is how you and your ex choose to handle the matter at hand. If you are fighting over everything you own, including the kitchen sink, you can expect your matter to be a less then enjoyable experience.”
